Wholesale Platform Faire Expands into 14 New European Markets

Faire, the US-based online wholesale marketplace, has announced a major expansion into Eastern and Southern Europe, extending its services to 14 new countries. Independent retailers in Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Romania can now access Faire’s curated network of brands and business tools.

Founded in 2017 in San Francisco, Faire connects independent brands with independent retailers, aiming to simplify sourcing and broaden access to unique products. The platform entered Europe in early 2021, starting with the UK and the Netherlands, and has since scaled to cover 70% of the continent’s GDP.

According to Faire, its European operations are now growing twice as fast as in North America. Over 2 million orders have been fulfilled by European brands on the platform, with retailers spending nearly $500 million to date.

The latest expansion follows significant interest from the region. More than 35,000 retailers in the newly added countries had already joined Faire’s waitlist, and over 115,000 products have been listed by local brands ahead of launch.

CEO Max Rhodes said the move reinforces Faire’s mission to “build a global network where local retail can flourish without borders.” The platform offers 60-day payment terms, simplified logistics, and personalized product recommendations to help retailers source products efficiently.

Alongside its European growth, Faire is also launching in New Zealand, bringing its total market presence to 35 countries.
